Sunday Mass at Our Lady's

It is lovely to have people coming to Mass again!

The obligation to attend Mass is still suspended so you mustn't feel under any kind of pressure to come until you feel safe doing so, and you certainly should not attend if you are feeling unwell.

There is open access to our two Sunday Masses at 9.30am Mass and 5.00pm Mass (so no social distancing).

Track and Trace: The diocese wishes us to still comply with track and trace. The easiest way to do this is to scan the QR code clearly displayed in the porch. For those without a smartphone there will be a sign in sheet.

Face Masks: Under Diocesan guidelines face masks are required for adults at all services unless the person is medically exempt. Clean masks are available in the porch should you need one.

Hand sanitiser: please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter and leave the church.

Safe Space: The Church is disinfected on a regular basis.

Church collection: If you wish to contribute to the offertory collection there is a basket in the porch where you can do this as you leave Mass.

Green Hammerton: at present there is no Saturday evening vigil Mass at St. Joseph's Chapel.
